K+L Construction's employees, whether they work on-site or in our office, are dedicated and experienced in their respective areas of expertise. We believe it takes a joint effort of all our employees to provide a quality product.
Josh joined K+L Construction in 1996 as a summer concrete laborer while attending Moorhead High School. He continued working summers at K+L while attending MSUM. In 1999 Josh earned a Civil Engineering degree from North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton ND. Following several additional years of on-site construction work and gaining valuable experience, Josh moved into the office and began estimating eventually moving into a project manager position. In 2013, Josh purchased K+L Construction from the two former owners. He currently oversees all operations of the company. In his time away from work Josh enjoys family time with his wife, Malynda and their three children, coaching soccer and hockey, serving on his church's facilities board, and is President of the local Pheasants Forever chapter.
Matt joined K+L Construction in April of 2013 as an estimator and project manager. Matt grew up in Fargo and started working in the construction field as a teenager. He earned a Construction Management degree from Northwest Technical College in Moorhead MN, and came to K+L with 15 years of construction experience. Matt's education, knowledge of the concrete industry and experience have been a valuable addition to our company. Matt, his wife Raquel and son, Cole live in West Fargo.
Nancy became the office manager at K+L Construction in January 2002. She grew up in Glyndon MN, earned an Associates Degree in Accounting from Moorhead Technical College and has 30+ years of bookkeeping experience. Her duties include payroll, payables, receivables, human resources, administrative assistant, receptionist and others. She enjoys the variety of her duties at K+L and appreciates the working relationship of the office staff. Nancy and her husband, Kevin live and farm near Glyndon. They have three married children and five grandchildren all residing in the local area. |
